Still on the stuff I did last year... I went as a poodle for Halloween in honour of my dog, since I got him in 2007, and I designed my costume around having loads of removable bits that could be used again for other things. (Because a giant white tutu is a good basic in my book!)

Lillian also made a matching one in white with green spots, so we could be dress twins in reverse. I ended up giving mine to her.

| New designs on Etsy! |

I'm very happy to announce the opening of my Etsy shop! I have 10 items there for sale, and hopefully more will follow soon.
These are all new designs, but I haven't chucked out all my old ones- all the old favourites like the squid, animal print necklaces etc. will be returning shortly, only looking slicker and more professional than they did before. I decided I didn't like the hearts the animals come on, so I'm changing them all! This will take quite a while, but will be worth it.
And sorry for the hasty looking collage- I forgot my old one wasn't suitable for Etsy sales and had to slap one together at the last minute. Should have a better one next time!

Wel, at this point I was hoping I'd have some new designs up, but I'm waiting for some really cute chains in the post, so enjoy this Obvious Filler Post.
I've been meaning to change up the Project Poodle design for a while now, and drew this yesterday to experiment- It ties in with a series of 2D animal designs that I'm working on. I'm still keeping the old 3D designs, and the old poodle will still appear on stuff, but I feel this looks a bit cuter than the old one. Any thoughts and input are always welcome. Yes, no, maybe?
Sorry for the ugly watermark, art theft irritates me at the best of times, but especially when its something I'm trying to sell! :P
I'm making a few test pieces with this design today, hope you like the results!

Agh, I fail massively at updating frequently! I’ve been very busy designing new Project Poodle stuff and I completely forgot my big tailback of unposted things. Anyway, I’m very pleased to announce that I’m selling online again very soon- I’m jumping on the Etsy bandwagon, and as soon as my new pieces are finished I’ll be setting up shop. Hope you all will take a look! :P Not that anyone really cares, but I’m also delighted to be coming to the end of the most difficult brand of resin I’ve ever used- tiny little bubbles everywhere, sob! My nice fancy stuff is coming in the mail, so I can’t wait to see how my sculpts will look in it.

This update, I’m showing a dress I made roughly ¾ of a year ago. I didn’t really have any specific plans for it, I just wanted to see if I could build a tutu into a dress instead of having it as a seperate worn under the dress. The pictures are really old, and I don't even have the dress anymore. I've done well with keeping this journal 100% up-to-the-minute, as you can see. :P

I'm still not doing online orders for jewellery (hopefully I'll be able to soon, but it's not possible right now) but eek, I didn't mean to totally abandon this journal and never update it! I have a lot of artwork and odds and ends that I should have posted here a long time ago, but business and laziness got in the way and I never got around to it. As a result, I have some things that were never posted that date back to the summer of 2006! I'm just going to post them all over the coming weeks and get it all over with.
The first thing is quite recent, and not much to tell really. I made a tutu for one of my friends as a Christmas gift and took a few photos of it before I gave it to her. There are a few of Perry as well, because Perry is always following me around, so if my photo gets taken, chances are he'll be in shot. :P

Just a quick announcement to say I can't take any online orders for a little while. My schedule is so chockablock right now, I literally can't squeeze anything more in between now and Halloween! I'm hammering away like crazy finishing orders, a few commissions I've mystifyingly picked up, custom jobs for a few people and amongst all this I have to find time to make my Halloween costume, heh heh. I'm stopping online ordering temporarily until I've fulfilled all my commitments. I don't want the quality of my work to deteriorate if I take on too much, and I don't want to freak out with stress due to working too much!
Of course, all those who have standing orders with me will still get their stuff- I believe I've talked to all of you, but if you have questions be sure to let me know!
I'll post to let you know when I am taking orders again. Until then, thank you for giving me lots of custom and all the lovely feedback and have a very happy Halloween!
